your path is crowded with things that distract you, good and bad, from material goods to abstract desires and even spiders. avoid colliding with anything, as that will break your focus and you'll have to start the meditation again. pigeon says it's for your own good! 

(there's also a hidden mode for self-reflection. navigate your character off-screen and reflect on your own life. take some time to just breathe in and out as the music plays. things will be ok, just hang in there!)
